Sol Volleyball offers Skill Training, Competition and Club services for the adult (18+) population in Minnesota. If you are an adult looking to prove your volleyball skills, seeking for high level of competition or perhaps on the hunt for a services that would provide both, Sol Volleyball was especially designed for you. Services are available for all skill levels, from beginners to high elite players.

ClubX – Girls & Guys (15-18)
ClubX Volleyball currently offers mostly sand volleyball services at this time. Sand volleyball has taken a new direction since the NCAA has accepted it as an emerging sport. Any and all players who enjoy playing indoor volleyball need to jump in and experience sand volleyball. ClubX Volleyball offers Skill Training and Competition.

JanRie – Girls (4-14)
JanRie Volleyball is especially designed for girls of all skill levels. Volleyball is great form of exercise and the more proficient a player becomes the better the workout they receive. MVHQ coaches are energetic, enthusiastic and experienced to help the player achieve their goals. JanRie Volleyball services include Skill Training and Competition.
