It is never to young to learn how the basic fundamentals of volleyball. Our energetic, enthusiastic and experienced coaches are ready to teach your young future volleyball player what they need to stay active and be successful in volleyball. MVHQ provides the unique equipment needed for this specific age group, such as soft volleyballs and short volleyball net. This allows youth players to grasp the concept of jumping and being over the net. So, don’t stay home this fall/ winter join us at the courts and see your child grow in volleyball!

It is the time for Volleyball! Learning the key fundamentals at an early stage of life is critical for a budding athlete. MVHQ offers an affordable and low commitment time investment for your future volleyball player. Youth Leagues give players the basic fundamentals needed to take the next step of volleyball. Many of our former players have made their middle school and high school teams. Our enthusiastic, energetic and experienced coaches are ready to provided players with the proper passing, setting, hitting and serving skills needed to be successful. Volleyball is about having fun and MVHQ is about making sure players have fun while playing volleyball. Join us this fall season for Youth Volleyball Leagues.

Mini clinics are a great way to focus on one to two skills at a time. Experienced coaches will assist player in developing their volleyball skills by breaking down proper techniques and evaluating each players current form. The latest drills are used to hone in the proper methods. Players are encouraged to ask questions and usual coach to player ratios are 1:8. Plenty of personal time with a coach.

MVHQ welcomes players to join us and learn or re-learn the proper techniques from passing free balls to digging up kills. In one hour players will receive specific instruction on how to mentally and physically prepare to receive the volleyball and pass it to target. Knowing how to play defense, separates the players who know how to play the game of volleyball from the players who THINK, they know how to play. So, don’t just play the game or THINK you are playing the game… Master IT!
