This program is designed to introduce young players to a different kind of volleyball – Sand Volleyball. Players will learn fundamentals and basic game strategies from experienced and enthusiastic sand coaches. Sand teams play 4-person sand volleyball comprise of 4-5 players per team.  Few players on the court competing gives players the opportunity to practice more on ball handling and effective teamwork. Teams will play up to 5 games on game days. This league is great for beginners.

Previous school program (2+ years) or Junior Olympic Club (1+ years) experience is required.

Calling all experienced players! Experienced and enthusiastic sand coaches are eager to unleash the sand volleyball player in everyone!  Player will learn how to see the court better, pass the ball better, move to the ball better, and play offense smarter.  Players by the end of the sand season will experience a higher vertical, quicker speed and a better view of the opponent’s weaknesses.  On top of that, players will be in better physical condition entering the indoor volleyball season. Sand teams play 4-person 2-person sand volleyball.  Few players on the court competing gives players the opportunity to practice more on ball handling and effective teamwork. Teams will play up to 5 games on game days.
